2. Delivery time
Our delivery time is 3-12 business days, where order processing time is 1-3 business days and shipping time is 2-9 business days.
Delivery time = processing order time + shipping time.

4. How to deal with the long transportation time of the goods?

8. Sales Tax/Remittance Fee
Sales tax/remittance fees are borne by the customer.
We accept US dollars for payment. If you pay in another currency, your bank may charge a remittance conversion fee. Please check with your bank.
We strongly recommend customers to register an account with us to track their orders.
9. Questions about the packaging of the bracelet
Our pearl bracelets and hardware bracelets are shipped in corresponding paper boxes. Woven bracelets are packaged in clear plastic bags.
10. Resend
Please check the order information carefully before payment.
Shipping information cannot be changed after shipping.
If the address cannot be delivered due to the wrong address, if you need to modify the address, you can send an email to [email protected], and we will try our best to contact the courier company to modify it.
The resulting additional shipping or additional charges are borne by the customer.
